2/ The Administrator has not appointed the Personal Data Protection Officer, and the Customer's personal data will be processed in order to perform the service provided by POLSKO-AMERYKAŃSKA KANCELARIA Prawna Sp. z o. o. for the purpose of tax settlements, in order to fulfill statutory obligations and to implement the Administrator's legitimate interest.

3/ The recipient of the Customer's personal data will be the Administrator's employees and associates and entities entrusted by the Administrator with data processing.

4/ The customer has the right to access their personal data, to rectify, delete, object, withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

5/ Providing personal data by the Customer is necessary in order to perform the order by POLSKO-AMERYKAŃSKA KANCELARIA Prawna Sp. z o. o.

6/ The Client placing an order POLSKO-AMERYKAŃSKA KANCELARIA Prawna Sp. z o.o., consents to the inclusion of his personal data in the database of POLSKO-AMERYKAŃSKA KANCELARIA Prawna Sp. z o. o. and for processing by POLSKO-AMERYKAŃSKA KANCELARIA Prawna Sp. z o. o. the Customer's personal data as part of their business activity.

7/ The Customer acknowledges that providing personal data and granting the above consents is voluntary and that he has the right to access this data, correct it and the right to stop processing it by POLSKO-AMERYKAŃSKA KANCELARIA Prawna Sp. z o. o.

8/ The customer agrees to the processing of his personal data by POLSKO-AMERYKAŃSKA KANCELARIA Prawna Sp. z o. o. in connection with the services provided as part of the business activity of POLSKO-AMERYKAŃSKA KANCELARIA Prawna Sp. z o.o.
