About us

The Polish-American Law Firm was founded by Agata Czarnota, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and Leiden University School of Law in the Netherlands, as well as a scholar at Boston University School of Law in the United States. From 2019 to 2021, she served as Deputy Consul for Legal Affairs at the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Chicago, USA. After returning from this post, she acted as legal advisor at the General Command of the Polish Armed Forces.

She also possesses extensive experience providing legal and business services to both individual clients and commercial entities in the Polish and international markets. Her areas of specialization include civil law, commercial law, and public international law.
